I have been MIA for a while, but I have something fabulous to share! Last weekend, I went to the above link to do a trial offer and got some free bakeware. I figured I need another muffin pan for my muffin parties. The pan I chose retails at $15.95 and I got it for free with $1 shipping!
There was a great surprise for me when I completed the transaction. It gave me 2 credits for 2 more free items ($2 shipping). So I went back to the website and bought a cake pan that retails at $15.95 and a BBQ Grill Set that retails at $14.95. I figure I'll keep one and use the other 2 as Christmas gifts.

Total OOP: $3.00

Are you wondering how to do this?

On the next page, you can enter friends names or not. I skipped this part. Pick the $1 Shipping option and get a 7 day free trial (mine was for Privacy123 the first time and then a home shopping company the second time).

*Make sure you pay attention to the email you get because you will need to cancel 1 or more offers before the 7 days is up. When I called to cancel, it was automated. I just needed my member number from my email. Quick and easy!

Also, I did a screen copy and saved the terms and conditions in a word document just in case I need them.

Triple Coupons, Kroger deals, and Cook to Freeze!

Score! Triple coupons are here once again at Harris Teeter. I scored some great deals, including several freebies last night on a quick trip there. Pictures and details to come soon. I also scored some great deals at Kroger last night as well, great manager specials and 10 for 10 sales. I love getting stocked up on meat that I find on manager special. So now, it is time for the work of cooking and freezing. With me starting grad school and being gone last a couple nights a week plus just being so busy, I am seeing now more than ever how important cooking and freezing is for me. For both convenience and health, not to mention a money saver so I don't quick grab something out.

On the list for this weekend (we'll see how much gets done):

~batch of granola
~cranberry pumpkin muffins
~turkey meatballs
~spaghetti (I found this freezes amazingly, great for small containers for lunches!)
~chicken stuff casserole (making 2 small batches of this)
~grilling chicken breasts to cut up and freeze
~BBQ pork loin in crock pot (but am using this tonight, impromptu dinner party!).

I'll update as I make stuff and post pictures! Last weekend I did another batch of my vegetarian chili since I was getting low and that has been great to have stocked back up this week!

WAGS Colgate Money Maker

At Walgreen's this week, Colgate was $3.49 and get a Register Reward for $3.49. I used a -.75 off coupon, so I ended up making money on this deal. Free toothpaste, plus a little extra, can't beat it! I can't believe I used to actually PAY for toothpaste!

Noteworthy CVS Deals!

Cover Girl Deal: Spend $20 and get $10 in ECB.
I used 1 $1/1 coupon because I had only got 1 paper. So I spent $9 total for all of the makeup, my stock pile is getting low so I'm glad this deal showed up now.
L'Oreal Deal: Spent $20 get $5 ECB.
I had ignored this deal because it wasn't great, but I realized that CVS had mailed me some good coupons. I got a $2 off 1 product and a $5 of 2 products. Pairing this with manufacturers coupons and ECB this was a great deal.
EyeShadow was $8, used -$2CVS and -$2 manf. = $4
2 Cleansers @ 7.99 each. Used -$5CVS and -$3 manf. = $8
Total = $12, got $5 ECB... so OOP was $7 for all that stuff. Pretty good deal, and I needed to stock up on face cleansers and I wanted that eye shadow for this shirt I got!
